Let’s work together.

There’s a lot of things I’m passionate about in this life, psychology, organization, dogs, running, mental health, and honestly… helping people.

I know it’s cheesy and what everyone says, but it’s the golden thread that’s followed me through every career decision, and role I’ve been in.

A little about me…

Over the past 5 years, Virtually Julia has undergone some changes. Most recently, I’ve been closed to new clients for the past two years, but now I’m excited to announce that I’m reopening and ready to help YOU! Whether you need support with email management, spreadsheets, website updates, or just keeping everything organized, I’m here to be your behind-the-scenes partner. Let’s work together to make your busy life feel more balanced and less overwhelming!

Business development and collaborating with driven individuals truly lights a fire in me. I love the passion and grit it takes to navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. It’s a journey that requires resilience, and I thrive on helping others find that strength.

I live in Squamish, BC, and appreciate the incredible balance this place offers between work and play. Like many, finding that balance has been a journey, but I’m fully committed to showing up in both my personal and professional life in a way that’s balanced and sustainable. And trust me when I say, working together will help you achieve the same.

Let’s make your work-life balance a reality!

Five years ago, sitting at my kitchen island, I dreamed up the idea for this business—and since then, life has been a whirlwind! I’ve completed my master’s degree, earned my Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) license, launched my own therapy practice, and continued running this business on the side. Through all of this, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping small businesses, friends, and basically anyone I come across with their admin tasks and those pesky little things that just take up time.

Whether it’s sending spreadsheets to better track expenses, teaching data input, or sharing tips I’ve picked up over the years to stay organized, I’m all about helping busy professionals and business owners feel less overwhelmed. I truly believe that running your own business or being a busy professional can be enjoyable—and it doesn’t have to be a constant struggle with stress.
